How long has LEN been producing high qualityy
leather products?
It’s hard to believe, but we just entered our eleventh
year in business.
Where did the name LEN originate?
L.E.N are the initials of my father, Larry Erving Noelting. I
wanted to pay homage to a man that represented all that was
good. My father was kind, loving, thoughtful, humble, and
always putting others ahead of himself. We try our best to
conduct the business with those very same qualities.
There are a lot of belt manufacturers in the marketplace.
What makes your products superior to the competition?
We don’t really focus on other companies or view them as
competition. Our vision has always been about providing
exceptional products and service, that’s our focus each and

everyday. There’s a statement we hold dear that says “the
difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little
extra”. A statement that has continually kept us focused on who
we are, and what our customer enjoys and expects from us.
Some men think of a belt as an obligatory clothing item.
How do you get customers excited about wearing high
quality, luxury belts?
We probably have customers that view a belt as obligatory but
even those customers are looking for quality, fit and elevated
service. The excitement comes from the breath of the collection
and helping our customers connect the right belt for a
particular outfit or belts that work well with their lifestyle.
Most men are learning that a belt is not only practical but a
very cool way to express their individuality or sense of style.
